Project Engineer - Tier 2 Builder - Education Project - Western Sydney
We're recruiting a Project Engineer for a highly regarded Tier 2 builder known for delivering quality projects in NSW across all sectors, including commercial, government, health, education, and mixed use developments. With a strong pipeline of Education projects across Western Sydney, they are looking to appoint a Project Engineer to join the team on a large-scale new build project. This is an opportunity to join a business that prioritises long‐term relationships, both with clients and internally, with a strong focus on team culture and repeat work.
The Role
* Support end-to-end delivery across all stages of the project
* Coordinate design, consultants, and subcontractors to drive programme and quality outcomes
* Assist with project reporting, forecasting and cost tracking
* Support planning, programming and site coordination
* Work closely with the Project Manager and Site team to ensure smooth delivery
About You
* Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
* Experience working for a head contractor in Australia (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
* Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer on new build projects valued $40M+
* Strong understanding across all stages of construction
* Ability to build strong working relationships with subcontractors and consultants
