$38 for High Reach forklift drivers - 10am - 6pm
$36 for Counterbalance - 7am-3pm
$34 for pick packers - 10am - 6pm

We're seeking experienced High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operators and Pick Packers to join our client, a leading national 3PL logistics provider.
Work with brand-new Hyster forklifts, excellent leadership, and genuine temp-to-perm opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
* Operating High Reach forklifts confidently at heights, including loading and unloading freight
* Using and adapting to Hyster forklifts with camera guidance systems
* Accurately navigating racking and storage systems
* Maintaining a strong safety focus at all times
* Contributing to daily warehouse KPIs and team targets
What You Must Have
* Minimum 12 months experience with High Reach and counterbalance forklifts
* Minimum 12 months experience with pick packing, RF scanners, and electric pallet jacks
* Clear Police check and ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
* Confident using or learning Hyster forklifts (camera‐assisted operation)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast‐paced environment
* Solid teamwork and communication skills
