Our client is a Tier 1, National Electrical Construction Contractor who are BOOMING in Australia. Due to unprecedented growth in their Electrical Commercial Construction division in QLD, they are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Underwood.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Construction Manager you will be responsible for;
* Delivering Electrical Construction projects for large Tier 1 builders including John Holland, CPB etc
* Project manage Electrical Commercial Construction Projects for Tier 1 builders including, Commercial Towers, Hospitals, Health, Education etc..
* End-to-end project management from inception to handover
* Driving meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at every stage of the project delivery lifecycle
* Working across Queensland's most Iconic Electrical Construction Projects ranging from $20m - $30m (Experience in projects at this value is highly regarded)
* Manage project costs including cash flow, budget approvals and invoicing
* Supported by a large, well-resourced team including Project Managers, administrative staff, and 80–100 blue-collar personnel.
ABOUT YOU
* Must have Electrical Project Manager experience 5+ years
* Hold an Electrical Licence OR have extensive experience in Electrical Projects
* Experience managing and delivering the electrical scope of works on Commercial Tower or Hospital projects valued at $20M+ (highly desirable).
* Experience managing teams
