Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a solid reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
Reporting to the Clinic Manager, this role is responsible for providing diagnostic services upon referral from a General Practitioner and therapy treatment for Obstructive Sleep Apnea on recommendation from Sleep Physician while providing excellent customer service.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:
Your duties will include:
Schedule patient appointments
Provide set-up, on-going services and equipment according to a medical prescription.
Fit patients with the prescribed masks
Contact referring physicians to ensure appropriate products and services are provided to patients
Achieve sales targets by promoting and educating patients on the benefits of our products
General clinic administration activities
Process online orders, invoice completed dockets, organise general filing and banking

Key to your success will be:
Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales role - experience in pharmacies, optometrists, retail outlets and podiatry clinics would be highly regarded
High level communication skills
Ability to work autonomously in clinic
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to problem solve
Strong computer skills and confidence in using google suites
Knowledge of CPAP therapy/sleep medicine will be highly regarded
