Director / Senior Manager - Business Services
$175-220k + bonus & potential for equity opti
My client was founded by former top 10 CA partners, driven to provide a people first firm culture without the red-tape of corporate, whilst still delivering exceptional advice to clients.
As an extension of firm leadership you'll act as a trusted adviser in a strategic and value add capacity to a varied client base across industries including SGE's and multinationals, from $50m to $1b+ in turnover.
You will manage a portfolio of fees and be called to lead and mentor junior staff as well as take a seat at the table in steering firm strategy.
Importantly, this hire will be the successor to one of the practice's partners and will be called on to nurture client relationships support from leadership. Offering a true pathway to Partner, with equity and non equity options open for discussion.
The successful applicant will be experienced Australian tax and business services out of a top 100 CA environment. You'll have a strong technical grounding and solid commercial acumen to apply this in business.
We're broadly open to candidates across a range of experience, starting at established Managers (min 3 years) to Directors. Irrespective, you will have firm intent in pursuing a path to partnership and will be offered support and clear milestones to arrive there.
