Position Summary
We are seeking a highly capable qualified to act as the central coordination and liaison point across Aviation and Defence Stakeholders within the Observing Systems & Operations (OSO) program. This role is critical to ensuring clear communication, effective governance coordination, and a consistent, customer focused approach across complex operational and external interfaces.

The ideal candidate is process driven, highly organised, and confident working with diverse teams and stakeholders. They will bring strong communication and relationship management skills, enabling them to coordinate activities, manage workflows, and support informed decision making while maintaining appropriate governance and assurance.
Program Context
The position is located within the OSO program, which is responsible for the sustainment and life-cycle management of the Bureau's observing network; delivering fit-for-purpose in situ and remotely sensed observations and observation support services and provides in-field volunteer and partnership management across Australia and territories, including Antarctica.
