We're looking for a Senior HRBP to partner with leaders across our corporate business and help shape leadership readiness, capability development and workforce planning. This is a high‐impact opportunity for a strategic, hands‐on people leader who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, using insights to drive action, and improving how people processes support the business.

What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
* Partnering with People Partners and business leaders to support enterprise people cycles and leadership discussions
* Providing clear insights on leadership readiness, succession risk and pipeline health to support informed decision‐making
* Supporting leadership development and capability initiatives, including development planning, forums and targeted experiences
* Preparing leadership‐ready insights, reports and presentations using people data and SuccessFactors
* Driving continuous improvement across people processes, tools and employee experience
* Collaborating closely with Learning, Reward, Talent Acquisition and global stakeholders to ensure aligned people outcomes
* Leading a small, high‐impact team and balancing operational delivery with project and strategic work
Your keys to success:
* A tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
* Experience with enterprise talent frameworks, SuccessFactors or digital HR platforms
* Experience working across people programs, leadership enablement, workforce planning or employee experience in a corporate or enterprise environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence partnering with senior leaders
* Ability to translate people data and insights into clear, practical recommendations
* Strong project coordination skills and comfort managing multiple priorities
* A collaborative leadership style with experience leading or developing small teams
