CJD Equipment is looking for a Workshop Technician to join their HIGHLY SKILLED Launceston Team. Getting hands-on with KENWORTH, DAF AND FUSO TRUCKSand VOLVO Construction Equipment will all be in a day's work and our Mechanics believe that getting the job done right the first-time matters in order to exceed customers' expectations and keep us ahead of the rest
A day in the job will see you:
* Working on TOP BRAND EQUIPMENT & TRUCKS
* Diagnosing, servicing and repairing to customer & CJD standards
* Using computer-based service diagnostics and utilising your knowledge of parts
* Maintaining exceptional standards of safety and quality workmanship
Your application will go to the top of our shortlist if you have:
* Australian recognised Heavy Diesel Motor Mechanic trade certificate
* Experience performing maintenance, service, repairs, and rebuilds of heavy vehicles and carrying our electrical diagnostics and repairs
* A proactive attitude toward safety – you want to get home in one piece and we want you to as well
* Experience with PC programs and equipment diagnostic programs
* Previous experience in Transport (HV) and/or Earthmoving equipment
* A stellar attitude and top-notch communication skills
