Job Description

FUJIFILM Australia is seeking a detail‐oriented OmniChannel Support Coordinator to support the administration, development and ongoing operation of our PIO OmniChannel products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a high‐quality customer experience by providing first‐level application support, coordinating product configurations, supporting deployments, and assisting with testing new software releases prior to launch. You will work closely with internal technical, development and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery of OmniChannel solutions to retailers locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day‐to‐day administration and support for FUJIFILM PIO OmniChannel products, including new setups, configuration management, price maintenance and deployments.
* Respond to customer requests and enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
* Provide first‐level application support, identifying issues, updating configurations and escalating bugs to the development team.
* Manage logs, track bugs and monitor progress through to resolution.
* Support software testing activities, including executing functional test cases prior to deployment.
* Assist with the setup, testing and monitoring of marketing campaigns and retailer promotions.
* Create and maintain product documentation and process guides to support customers and internal stakeholders.

* Confidence working with systems, applications and documentation.
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn new products, processes and technologies.
* Experience supporting software applications or digital products will be highly regarded.
