About the role
Are you a talented Baker with a passion for creating delicious, artisanal breads? We are seeking a full-time Baker to join our team at Baked at Trinity' in Trinity Beach, QLD. In this rewarding role, you will play a key part in upholding our reputation for exceptional baked goods and delivering consistently high-quality products to our loyal customers.
What you'll be doing
* Mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of bread products using traditional and modern techniques
* Ensuring all breads meet our high standards for taste, texture, and appearance
* Accurately measuring and preparing ingredients according to recipes
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Collaborating with the team to optimise production workflows
* Monitoring stock levels and requesting supplies as needed
* Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries
What we're looking for
* Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient properties
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Some commercial bread making experience required
* Must hold Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or partner visa
