About the role
As a Retail Supervisor at Kingscliff Cellars, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our retail store in Kingscliff, NSW. This full-time position will see you supervising and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
What you'll be doing
1. Supervising a team to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
2. Inventory, including stock receiving and display
3. Handling cash and financial transactions, including end-of-day reconciliations
4. Ensuring the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
5. Assisting customers with product selection, processing purchases, and handling returns and exchange.
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role
2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to motivate a team
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in handling cash and financial transactions
5. Familiarity with inventory management and stock control processes
6. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
