Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator/ Pharmacist

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals living with chronic and acute pain by providing advanced treatments, conducting innovative clinical trials, and delivering exceptional patient care.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator to join our growing team. This role combines hands-on nursing with the coordination of clinical research, making it ideal for someone passionate about both patient care and research excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, screen, and consent patients for clinical trials.
Perform nursing procedures such as blood draws, IV cannulation, ECGs, vital signs, and sample collection.
Administer investigational products (oral, IV, or injection) in line with study protocols.
Monitor patients closely for adverse events and provide appropriate clinical care.
Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory guidelines.
Collect, record, and maintain accurate study data and source documentation.
Collaborate with investigators, coordinators, pharmacists, specialists, and general practitioners (GPs).
Educate patients and families on study requirements and treatment plans.
Support site setup, ethics submissions, and trial close-out activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Previous experience in clinical research or clinical trials (preferred but not essential).
Strong knowledge of GCP and clinical trial procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
