Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to lead our Forbes and Condobolin branches. As a proactive and people-focused leader, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service, building strong teams, and ensuring seamless operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of resolving issues efficiently, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and driving performance across branches.
You will work closely with the Aftermarket Team to set sales targets, support counter sales, and collaborate across branches to boost performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing stock accuracy, warranties, and returns, as well as making the most of supplier discounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
* Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers
* Work collaboratively with the Aftermarket Team to drive sales and performance
* Manage stock accuracy and inventory levels
* Process warranties and returns efficiently
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes
Requirements:
