About The Role
You will be responsible for leading a team of around 40 staff, building a culture of inclusivity, high performance, and continuous improvement. A key focus will be on developing a formal induction and orientation process to ensure new team members integrate seamlessly into the organization.
* Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to improve retail performance, enhance product presentation, and elevate the customer journey.
* Take the lead in preparing for new retail concepts and business units to launch in the coming years.
* Help position us as a premier agritourism destination in the Northern Rivers region.
