Who are we looking for?

* A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills.
* Minimum of 2 years real estate experience in administrative, office management, or team coordination role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and InDesign
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in property or professional services is highly regarded.

The Role

You will be the backbone of the Investment Sales team, ensuring seamless operations and providing high-level administrative and office management support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide seamless support to the Investment Sales team.
* Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and handle team logistics.
* Administer financial processes including invoice management, expense tracking, and budget assistance.
* Maintain CRM accuracy, manage client/campaign data, and support property marketing initiatives.
* Coordinate marketing campaigns for properties including design of advertising, organisation of contractors, updating internet listings and monitoring marketing budgets for all campaigns.
* Prepare reports, assist with compliance requirements, and deliver administrative support for senior leaders and onboarding/offboarding processes.
