Job Role Overview
Lead the delivery of exceptional customer experiences in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coach and develop Warehouse and Customer Service teams' knowledge and capability.
* Deliver a great customer experience and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries.
* Ensure the store meets all compliance and legislative requirements.
* Monitor store activities to align with the business core policy and standard operating procedures.
* Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems.
