* Develop, manage and lead the implementation of a comprehensive learning and capability strategy for Youth Justice.
* Lead a team of L&C trainers and specialists, providing support to plan and manage projects and programs effectively.
* Create innovative training materials and programs that align with operating models and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Expertise in contemporary learning and development practices.
* Significant experience in strategic planning and contributing to decision-making processes.
* Knowledge and experience in developing and delivering leadership, management and interpersonal skills training.
* Specialist experience in professional supervision and staff development.
