The Position:
* Evening and weekend shifts, ideal for university students
* Provide friendly and professional bar service to Defence personnel and their guests
* Assist with bar operations including stock control and point-of-sale
* Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented service and preparation areas
* Follow company policies, RSA requirements, and food safety standards
The Person:
* Current ACT RSA (or willingness to obtain)
* Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
* Well-organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently
* Positive attitude with strong communication skills
* Previous bar or hospitality experience is highly regarded but not essential
