We’re Eyefix Optometrists – a local, independent practice with a passion for personalised eye care and curated eyewear.
We’re on the lookout for a customer-focused, creative team member to join us in a part-time role that blends optical dispensing, client care, and a splash of social media magic.
What you’ll be doing:
* Guiding patients through frame selection and lens options with care and confidence
* Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our values and vibe
* Supporting front-of-house duties and keeping things running smoothly
* Taking charge of our social media presence – capturing content, sharing stories, and showing the world what makes Eyefix special
What you’ll bring:
* Customer service experience (optical experience is a bonus but not essential)
* Confidence using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook – TikTok if you’re game)
* Great communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in style and eyewear
* A proactive, team-first attitude and a willingness to learn on the go
