Job Description
As a Night Cleaner/Concierge at Bright & Duggan Property Group in Abian - Brisbane, you will play a crucial role within the CMS - QLD department. This Permanent - Full Time position in the Housekeeping category offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of our property. Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing cleaning duties during the night shift to ensure that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
* Monitoring and maintaining security measures throughout the premises
* Assisting residents or guests with any inquiries or requests during the night hours
* Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the relevant departments

The main tasks for this role involve:
* Carrying out thorough cleaning of designated areas, including communal spaces, restrooms, and other facilities as required

* Documenting and communicating any incidents or issues effectively in accordance with company procedures
