Job Overview:

As a Digital Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving growth and revenue by developing and executing targeted sales plans. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in technology-related sales and account management.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Excellence: Manage the end-to-end business of assigned territories, conduct forecasting for accounts, and develop territory plans to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities. Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to support senior team members in exploring emerging opportunities.
2. Sales Execution: Understand customer needs through initial conversations, collaborate with internal teams and partners to recommend solutions, and apply Microsoft's sales process to evaluate opportunity quality. Articulate how Microsoft's three-cloud platform enables digital transformations and initiates discussions about value creation.
3. Scaling and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell, up-sell, and co-sell products, solutions, and services. Develop a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and current offers, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
4. Technical Expertise: Participate in internal technical discussions, learn about competitors, and collaborate with Digital Solution Engineers to position Microsoft favorably against competitors.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong business relationship management skills, consultative selling abilities, and conflict resolution skills. A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, along with 2+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, is required. Specific market language fluency may also be necessary.
