Viridian IT specialises in providing field-based IT support services along side remote and on-site MSP services tailored to the evolving needs of all sized businesses across Australia. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality service and hands-on support.
Our primary focus is on delivering in-person IT solutions - installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems and infrastructure to enhance business performance, improve efficiency, and support operational capacity.
Technicians are responsible for ensuring completion of all IT tasks in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including undertaking site visits and Field Service requests, as required.

Position Reports To: Service Delivery Manager

* Willingness to learn and problem solve.
* Ability to liaise with external clients on all technical requirements.
* Ability to work within a team environment but also alone.
* A personable nature with the ability to relay information in person and over the phone.
Experience and/or Qualifications
* Problem solving mindset
* Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of basic hardware is required.

Salary + Work Roster
$55,000 - $60,000 Package Includes a Fully Maintained Company Vehicle + Super
Monday to Friday + Occasional Weekend Work
