History is being made in Perth! The Bears are coming to the NRL in 2027, and we're looking for passionate people to help us build something incredible from the ground up. The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Head of Partnerships & Sales to lead our corporate partnerships and premium sales program. This is a unique chance to be at the forefront of building an iconic new NRL club from the ground up. Reporting to the General Manager – Commercial, you will drive revenue growth through high-value sponsorships, strategic alliances, and innovative activations. This role will build strong, enduring relationships with brands, deliver innovative partnership solutions, and ensure all sponsors receive outstanding value and return on investment.

What You\'ll Do

- Design and implement the Perth Bears\' corporate partnerships and sales strategy.
- Prospect, pitch, and secure new sponsors aligned with our values.
- Manage and grow existing partnerships, ensuring outstanding delivery and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and consumer teams to activate brands across digital, game day, community, and broadcast channels.
- Lead game day and event-based partner activations, including hospitality and signage.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecasting and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Represent the Perth Bears at industry and community events, building strong networks locally and nationally.

What We\'re Looking For

- Proven track record in partnerships, sponsorship sales, or B2B business development, ideally with high-value accounts.
- Tertiary qualified in Commerce or Communications
- A values driven leader who will build a high performing partnerships and premium sales team.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to design and deliver engaging brand activations.
- Commercially astute with an established network across WA and national markets.
- Confident communicator with exceptional presentation and pitching skills.
- Experience in sport or entertainment is highly regarded.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
