About the Role:
As Swim School Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the swim school—leading a small, highly skilled team and delivering top-tier programming. Your role includes:
* Program Oversight: Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of swim lessons from infants to squad level.
* Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a team of swim instructors, ensuring high morale and instructional excellence.
* Customer Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and the broader community.
* Business Development: Grow the swim school through innovation, community outreach, and service promotion.
* Financial Performance: Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report results to senior management.
* Facility Operations: Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across the centre.
* Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all safety, child protection, and internal policy requirements.
About You:
You're a results-driven leader who brings both professionalism and passion to the role. You have a strong customer focus, a love for aquatic education, and the ability to empower your team to achieve shared goals. Ideally, you will have:
* Experience in swim school or program management
* A strong track record in team leadership and people development
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* The ability to juggle priorities, problem-solve, and lead under pressure
* A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to community impact
Required Qualifications:
* Swim Water Safety Teaching
* Current First Aid, CPR & Pool Lifeguard
* Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* Pool Plant Operator
