Academic Level A
Total Remuneration $98,435 to $128,750 pa (including salary of $83,179 to $108,796 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
Responsibilities
Collaborate with teaching staff to elevate the quality of learning experiences for students
Design innovative learning resources and advise on teaching practices
Promote effective learning principles and student-centered approaches
Contribute to research, scholarship, and strategic initiatives
Engage with stakeholders, participate in committees, and lead projects
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with industry or professional experience
Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education or willingness to complete
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with university standards and academic writing
Proficiency in university learning management systems (e.g., Moodle) and business support software
Ability to deliver innovative courses and units using various teaching styles
Leadership in scholarship and innovation in learning and teaching
