The Harvey Norman Moorabbin Flooring Team seeks a passionate, customer‐service focused Salesperson to join us in delivering Great Service, Always! to our customers. The position is available for immediate start.

Requirements
* Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer‐focused, successful retail business, especially in floor coverings.
* High level of flooring product knowledge (carpets, hard floors, rugs) to support customer queries.
* Ability to measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products in home.
* Current driver's license and own mode of transport; a car is essential.
* Ability to serve customers while managing work tasks around their needs.
* Commitment to exceptional, customer‐focused problem solving.
* Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely, accurate service.
* Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets.
* Flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late‐night trades.
