Seeking a dedicated and guest-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Quality Apartments Adelaide Central.
In this part-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and exceeds their expectations.

What you'll be doing
Warmly welcoming and registering guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process
Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing personalised and attentive service
Assisting guests with various needs, such as luggage handling, directions, and recommendations for local attractions and dining
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the lobby and common areas
Effectively communicating with the broader hotel team to ensure seamless guest experiences
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or guest-facing role within the hospitality industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of guest requests
Proficiency in using hotel management software and point-of-sale systems
A friendly, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor, with a genuine passion for hospitality
Flexible schedule and availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
