About the Role: This is a rare chance for a talented Family Lawyer (Senior Associate level or above) to elevate their profile and play a key role in a premier Family Law practice. You'll be exposed to a broad range of complex parenting and property matters, including:
* Binding Financial Agreements
* Divorce and De Facto Relationship Issues
* Property Settlements
* Parenting Arrangements and Child Support
* Spousal Maintenance
* Domestic and Family Violence Matters
About You: To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Minimum 5 years PAE in Family Law
* A strong and growing professional profile within the field
* A proactive approach to business development, particularly within the Gold Coast region
* Specialist Accreditation, or working towards it (highly regarded)
* A genuine passion for Family Law and delivering client-focused outcomes
