About the Role
We're seeking dedicated Housekeeping staff to join our team at Monash Gardens Residential Aged Care Facility. In this essential role, you will:
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness across resident rooms, communal areas, and shared spaces
* Support a warm, respectful, and homelike environment
* Engage with residents, including those living with dementia, illness, or disability
* Contribute to the overall comfort and wellbeing of our community
What You'll Bring
* Experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning (highly desirable)
* A positive attitude and genuine empathy for older people
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check
* COVID‐19 and annual Influenza vaccinations encouraged
