Role Description
This is a full-time, remote/work from home role for a Quality and Compliance Lead. The Quality and Compliance Lead will oversee and manage quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with NDIS, Aged Care and Child Safe legislation for clients, and conduct quality improvement audits. The role also involves developing and implementing compliance strategies, driving process improvements, and collaborating with external partners to uphold the organisation's commitment to excellence. There is a significant focus on Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance and registration, and capacity building in rural and remote, and First Nations Aged Care programs and organisations. Domestic travel required.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in quality, assessment, registration for Aged Care and NDIS service provision
* Strong analytical skills for assessing processes, data, and quality metrics
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, partners and clients
* Experience in compliance frameworks and the ability to implement best practices
* Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Proficiency in using cloud based project management software and systems
* Understanding of the social, for purpose, government and non-profit sector
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, related field or commensurate experience. Certifications in Quality Assurance or Compliance are advantageous
