Job Opportunity: Financial Operations Specialist

The School seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Financial Operations Specialist. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll and accounts payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the finance team to establish and implement new payroll/HR platforms, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
* Prepare and process fortnightly payroll with precision and confidentiality, maintaining employee pay and leave records.
* Provide support with accounts payable, including invoice processing, creditor records, and purchasing assistance.
* Assist with budget monitoring, audit preparation, and asset register maintenance, contributing to the school's financial well-being.
* Offer backup support across finance functions as needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
