We are looking for either a Junior or Experienced Receptionist to join our small office team! On the job training will be provided to the right candidate!
Minetrans is a leading Motor Trimming company established in 2005. We specialise in automotive and industrial upholstery refurbishment, heavy vehicle/machinery seat sales, repairs, service and parts and much, much more. Servicing customers with mining equipment, transport, earthmoving and commercial vehicles throughout Australia.
Key Role Responsibilities
* Front of house - Meeting and greeting all customers/suppliers in-store;
* Answering all incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner;
* Management of Sales email account with accurate & timely order entries for customers;
* Freight inwards/outwards as required;
* Providing product information as required;
* Management of specialised customer database;
* Uploading correct information to Customer portals as required;
* Monthly stationery and staff amenities ordering as required;
* Assisting the MD, BDM and other office staff as directed;
* General office duties including filing/scanning.
Skills and Experience
* Computer knowledge essential;
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite software;
* MYOB experience a plus, but not essential.
This position offers competitive hourly rate plus superannuation.
