Principal Broker – Corporate

Marsh Risk is seeking an experienced Principal Broker with a strong background in account management and new business within Property and Casualty Insurance to join our Corporate team. This role will be based in Perth and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

This role will provide exposure to leading and participating in large new business tenders and proposals, building a network of opportunities, and designing and placing complex insurance programs.

We will count on you to:

• Manage an existing portfolio of Corporate clients
• Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to grow our corporate portfolio through new logos and organic expansion
• On-board new clients and deliver on Marsh's value proposition with high-quality service
• Build and maintain meaningful senior‐level relationships with insurers and key revenue‐generating accounts
• Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring strong account retention and defence
• Actively participate in claim‐related matters and track new business opportunities

What you need to have:

• 7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty
• Proven track record of producing new business and managing complex insurance programs
• Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors
• Strong market presence within General Insurance
