Position: Customer Service Agent
As a Customer Service Agent at Sea World Helicopters, you will be at the forefront of our clients' unforgettable journey. Your responsibilities will include handling phone inquiries, warmly welcoming customers into our terminal, managing the check‑in process, and providing information on our array of scenic flight offerings.
Key Qualifications
* Customer Service Expertise – Delivering exceptional service is second nature to you.
* Tech‑Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a general proficiency in the general use of computer systems.
* Rezdy Reservation System – Experience with Rezdy is a plus but not mandatory.
* Cool Under Pressure – Thriving in a fast‑paced environment is your forte.
* Cultural Sensitivity – Adapting to a diverse customer base comes naturally to you.
* Safety First – Understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
* Multilingual Skills – Fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
* Aviation Background – Previous aviation experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Australian Resident / Work Permit – You must be an Australian Resident or have a permit / visa to work in Australia.
