About the Role
PHASE3 is renowned for specializing in the construction and maintenance of playgrounds, skate parks, and public open spaces across Western Australia. As a Landscape Apprentice, you'll be an integral part of our team, helping us maintain extraordinary public spaces that exceed our clients' expectations. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the maintenance of a wide variety of landscaping elements, working closely with our experienced team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hands-on maintenance of our premium landscape projects.
- Operating landscaping machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure all maintenance work is completed to the highest standard.
- Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures – your safety is our priority.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously enhance your skills.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for keen individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
- A current driver's license and a construction white card are essential.
- While not mandatory, past landscaping-related experience or training will be viewed favorably.
- A solid work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
