This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for an experienced OEM fleet operator who can set national strategy and execute at pace. You'll take ownership of the fleet channel across corporate, government, rental, leasing and commercial segments—driving volume, protecting margin, and lifting capability across a dealer network.
THE OFFER
You'll lead major account growth end-to-end, including prospecting, tender/RFP submissions, negotiation, and contract close. You'll also establish the standards that make fleet scalable: governance, reporting, CRM discipline, pricing frameworks, quoting consistency, and a premium customer experience from delivery through to aftersales.
