We have an exciting opportunity for you as a key member of our team, responsible for facilitating the placement of willing job seekers into long-term sustainable employment opportunities.
About the Role
The role will involve:
* Facilitating job clubs to empower job seekers with essential skills and knowledge
* Conducting job preparedness sessions to equip job seekers with the necessary tools for success
* Reverse marketing (cold and warm leads) to support job seekers in securing positions
* Generating opportunities for job seekers through Business Development Manager (BDM) initiatives
* Carefully matching suitable roles with job seekers and communicating effectively with employers
This position is being offered on a full-time basis based at our Mandurah Site. You'll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to other sites when required
* A minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or willingness to obtain
* Sound knowledge of the local labour market and the needs and expectations of employers
* Experience in sales or telemarketing in a service industry highly regarded
* Intermediate to high level administrative skills including ability to type at a minimum of 30 wpm
