If you know your way around construction equipment, love solving problems, and get a kick out of helping others succeed, this could be the perfect role for you.Whether you're a tradie looking to get off the tools, someone with hire industry experience, or simply passionate about the nuts and bolts of construction equipment-let's talk.What You'll Be DoingAs our go-to technical product expert, you'll work closely with dealers, contractors, rental companies, and internal teams to keep the wheels turning smoothly.Your key responsibilities will include:Providing daily technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for our equipment rangeCreating and delivering training programs-both online and in person-for our customers, sales reps, and partnersCollaborating with suppliers and brand partners to stay on top of technical developmentsAssisting with product testing, prototype evaluations, and new product introductionsBuilding and maintaining a detailed library of product specs, service info, and technical resourcesTracking product performance and proactively identifying improvement opportunitiesThis is a highly collaborative role where you'll help shape Flextools future with your insight, initiative, and technical know-how.What's in it for You?
