Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating our team's success. We are seeking an experienced Agile professional to join a close-knit team that works closely with our client on their site. Our team has a diverse mix of skills and cross-training is a strategy, so flexibility will be required.
Your Role in the Team
* Work closely with the product development team and customer product owners to ensure work progress on schedule and to the desired level of quality.
* Serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate and coordinate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
* Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.
* Communicate project development status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
* Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
* Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
What You'll Bring to Make An Impact
* Certification in Agile methodologies, Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
