The position of Pastoral Care Practitioner is part of an integrated team of people working within an established and agreed framework supporting the resident to live their best life.As the Pastoral Care Practitioner some of your main duties will include:Providing spiritual care support to residents according to triage prioritiesAs required, providing spiritual care support to residents' family members and to staffEstablishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholdersWhile we are seeking an experienced practitioner, early career practitioners or those wishing to start their career in pastoral care are also encouraged to apply for a supervised role.
