As the Operations Manager you'll sit at the centre of the business—supporting the Managing Director, working alongside buyer's agents and property managers, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. It's hands‐on, steady, and suits someone who takes pride in keeping things organised and running well.
About the role:
Run the day-to‐day operations of the office while supporting leadership and keeping systems, admin, and processes on track.
Key responsibilities
* Support the Managing Director with correspondence, compliance, and coordination
* Manage office operations including suppliers, facilities, and general upkeep
* Assist buyer's agents with agreements, CRM updates, and marketing admin
* Handle accounts payable and invoice processing via Hubdoc
* Coordinate onboarding, meetings, events, and take minutes
Skills & experience
* Background in Office Manager, EA, or senior admin roles
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Experience with CRM systems, DocuSign, and accounts processes
* Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable troubleshooting basic IT issues
* Real Estate or Property experience preferred
