This position entails providing administrative support in our office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day administrative tasks (e.g. travel arrangements, calendar management)
* Coordinate with headquarters on administrative requests
* Work with the office manager on purchase orders, invoice processing and payments related tasks
* Assist with logistics and supply management for the office
* Manage mail and courier services, as well as office supplies
* Serve as a backup for office safety and security protocols
* Submit travel expenses timely via Concur
* Conduct regular meeting room checks to ensure they are tidy and organized
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A graduate degree in administration or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a global environment
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Strong organizational, communication and time management abilities
* Discretion, diplomacy and tact when performing duties
