Join the dedicated Cancer Services team at Macarthur Cancer Therapy Centre (MCTC), Campbelltown Hospital, and play a key role in delivering specialised oncology and haematology care within a growing and dynamic service. Supported by a co-located satellite pharmacy, you will act as a key Pharmacy point of contact for a clinical service, contributing to complex patient care and helping to optimise therapeutic outcomes. Are You the Right Fit?

We are seeking an experienced and motivated pharmacist with a minimum of 12 months' experience in oncology or haematology clinical pharmacy, and strong clinical knowledge to support complex medication management. You are confident working within multidisciplinary teams, able to manage competing priorities, and possess well-developed organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. With a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, you are committed to safe and effective patient care. You demonstrate a strong commitment to ongoing professional development, education, and the supervision and support of colleagues. Selection Criteria

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

* Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA with no restrictions to the scope of practice. An already existing grade 2 pharmacist OR a minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered pharmacist working in hospital pharmacy AND a minimum of 12 months experience working as a clinical pharmacist in Cancer Care Services.
* Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff and patients.
* Demonstrated ability to display judgement and independence in problem solving, with high level attention to detail and accuracy in completion of tasks.
* Demonstrated competence in clinical drug knowledge and experience in applying that knowledge to clinical settings such as haematology and/or oncology, palliative care, development or review of medication policies and guidelines.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams, promoting teamwork and supervision/assistance to pharmacy staff in the specialty field.
* Proven organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise according to organisational needs.
* Demonstrated contribution to quality assurance activities.
* Proven patient‐focused practitioner with an interest in counselling.
