Coffs Harbour Dealership
We require an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Coffs Harbour Team.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist customers with bookings and service inquiries
- Quote on Service and Repairs
- Process Repair Orders and Invoices
- Liaise with Workshop Foreman, Workshop Controller, Salespersons, and other internal staff members
- Communicate with customers and relay accurate information
To be successful for this role you will need:
- Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Be organised and proactive
- Previous experience in the Automotive Industry as a Service Advisor
- Driver’s License
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred but not essential:
- Previous experience with Equip, Auto IT or similar Operating System an advantage though not essential
