As a Graduate in our project management teams, you'll work on diverse projects, from planning international airports to site-based construction of buildings. Responsibilities include leading teams, planning, tracking progress, delivering business cases, and asset handover. You will gain broad experience, from working within large teams to managing your own projects independently, with accredited training to support your growth.

Have completed an undergraduate degree after October 2023, or expect to complete by December 2025, including any internships or work experience required for graduation
Are available to start full-time in February 2026
Are Australian or New Zealand citizens, Australian residents, or eligible for an Australian 485 Graduate Visa
Have strong verbal and written English skills
Are motivated to join the construction industry at Turner & Townsend
