As facilitators, you will partner with a healthcare organization to deliver the Disability Inclusion Profile in Victorian government schools. You will work collaboratively with a high-performing team to ensure the quality of your work and the wellbeing of your team. This role requires living within the Outer Gippsland region and having a background in Inclusive Education, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with additional needs, their families, and their school.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering Disability Inclusion Profile meetings in schools
* Participating in extensive training and professional development activities
* Shadowing experienced colleagues
* Providing leave for school holiday periods and flexible working arrangements
Requirements
* Qualifications as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist/Therapist, Psychologist, or Social Worker
* Current registration with relevant authorities
* 5+ years of experience working in/with schools
* Extensive knowledge of child development, disabilities, or learning challenges
* Strong understanding of inclusion principles in education
* Experience in group facilitation
