Operations Readiness Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Readiness Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational readiness, with experience in managing the delivery of brownfield projects and ensuring that systems are ready for safe and reliable start-up.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the operational readiness delivery portfolio of brownfield projects
* Track readiness deliverables including spare parts lists, asset registers, O&M manuals, and vendor documentation
* Liaise between commissioning and operations teams to identify and address operational requirements
* Provide documentation, training, and support to ensure teams are prepared to operate and maintain systems
* Participate in system walkdowns and punch list resolution
* Drive continuous improvement and embed risk-based approaches in all project phases
Requirements:
* Tertiary degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical & Instrumentation)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in mineral processing or heavy industrial plants, with at least 2 years in operational readiness
* Proficient in SAP (PM, MM) and Microsoft Office
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Familiarity with Australian engineering and construction practices
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
