With a strong pipeline of work, we're looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects in sectors such as office, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and education.

What You'll Be Doing Provide end-to-end support to Project Managers and Contract Administrators.
Prepare and manage project documentation, purchase orders, and approvals.
Maintain accurate records, budgets, and communication logs.
Assist with tender submissions and collate required documentation.
Coordinate schedules, milestones, and deadlines to keep projects on track.
Manage document control, drawings, and revisions.
Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and assist with PCG requirements.
Process invoices, variations, and maintain budget documentation.
Support QA, safety compliance, and site documentation requirements.
What You'll Bring Degree or diploma in construction, project management, or related field (preferred).
1–2 years' experience in project coordination or contract administration — construction experience highly regarded.
Understanding of construction contracts and industry processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and project/document control systems.
A proactive approach with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
