* Main Responsibilities:
* Provide person-directed care and support to residents in their daily living needs.
* Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support residents with medication administration and management.
* Build relationships with residents and their families to ensure personalized care.
* Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for working with older adults and their families.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* High level of empathy and compassion for residents and their families.
