We are seeking an entry-level administrative assistant to provide support in various administrative and operational activities.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Answer and direct telephone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
* Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
* Participate in projects and provide support in daily tasks as required.


Requirements:

* A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Good communication and organization skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
* Basic computer skills are a plus.
